We ALWAYS welcome visitors - Come for a visit, enjoy a  small farm setting and get a chance to meet & greet the alpacas.

Below is a listing of popular alpaca events in the midwest. All listed events will have a number of farms represented and many include seminars. Details can be found on the AOBA website (reach through Links section).

  5P ICEMAN (Dk Fawn) proven producer of winners: $1,500 stud fee (discounts offered when breeding more than 1 female from your farm) 

5P Iceman won honors for get-of-sire in two different shows during 2003, one being at the AOBA Nat'l Conference in Louisville,d KY - awarded 4th placing, being the 1st in line for "colored" herdsires.   The first 3 placings were awarded to white herdsires.           His motto is "QUALITY"

SIERRA NEVADA- Watch for this full Accoyo male sired by Mcgwire, a rare grey Accoyo throwing grey offspring. Nevada's fleece is truly an elite fiber, very dense and 16.4 microns. He will be available for limited breedings in the fall of 2006.

The morning will begin with sign in, coffee & rolls.  The program will begin @ 9 a.m. and continue til 4 p.m.  $100 Fee includes copy of proceedings and food.  Dress very casually - it will be held in a machine shed.

Directions:  I-74 south of Moline, IL, look for the Woodhull Exit, turn left/west onto Hwy 17 and go to the T, which is Rt 150. (approx 1 me) Turn rt/north - Travel thru the town of Alpha - there is an elementary school on the north edge.  Continue for 2 miles; our corner is the first complete crossroads - 500 N - there is a large hog confinement bldg/house on the left with lots of tall silos.  Turn right/east and go to the 1st farm on the left.   The seminar will be held in a lg machine shed. 

If you are traveling from south of Alpha on I-74, take the Woodhull exit north of Galesburg and follow above directions.
